Concrete Lifting & Levelling
Concrete Lifting Services
Concrete lifting and levelling are necessary for commercial environments where a slab or bay has dropped due to the failure of the sub-base below; that is why we provide concrete lifting services to clients all across the UK, in several sectors.
Any dropped bay or failed bay can cause damage to traffic intended to use it, such as aircraft at airports and forklifts and mobile cranes used at commercial yards and ports, creating a risk to the users and the assets on it.
This failure can be due to a combination of issues but is often caused by neglect to maintain joints. An aircraft, for example, creates over 2500 psi of downward water pressure when tracking over a failed joint. Essential closures also cause delays and reduced efficiency in the work process on that site.
Concrete Lifting Solutions
In a factory environment, a dropped bay could affect the alignment of production line facilities causing productivity to stop work. Our concrete lifting solutions can ensure your business resume work as soon as possible.
Concrete road slabs sinking on a motorway is a common issue across the UK & Ireland. We provide an effective re-aligning solution that provides a stable base and prevents further rocking and sub-base failure whilst not affecting the existing water table and allowing the highway to be trafficked safely. This work can be done out of sync with other works as it is not weather dependent and can be used on flexible pavements as works just as effectively. The area can be opened to any traffic as soon as we have left the site.
Some homeowners experience a sinking floor in their homes. The solution we provide is a fast repair with no digging required. With access to the concrete floor, and after confirming there are no conflicting services that might be compromised, small discreet injections into the floor through to the sub-base will allow a resin expanding injection to be applied to re-level the floor. We only need access under carpets and wooden floor finishes, but this is a small price for a long-term stable property.
